Tvara LLC uses third-party providers to help deliver, secure, support, and operate ioLoop. This page identifies providers that may process Customer Content or personal information on Tvara’s behalf.
The services actually used for a customer may depend on the ioLoop features, plan, and integrations the customer enables.
| Provider | Primary processing location | Purpose |
|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | United States and global network locations | Cloud infrastructure and related services |
| DigitalOcean, LLC | United States (California) | Cloud infrastructure and hosting |
| Google LLC | United States and global network locations | Web-font delivery, reCAPTCHA, and cloud infrastructure and hosting |
| OpenAI, L.L.C. | United States | AI model services |
| Stripe, Inc. | United States and other locations used by Stripe | Payment processing and billing |
| Twilio Inc. (SendGrid) | United States | Transactional and service email |
ioLoop also lets customers connect third-party services using their own accounts or credentials. Examples may include Google, OpenAI, Stripe, Twilio, Slack, SendGrid, Square, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and customer-selected MCP or API services.
Some integrations use an OAuth application registered by Tvara, while others allow the customer to provide its own OAuth application or client credentials.
These customer-directed providers are not Tvara sub-processors merely because ioLoop makes an integration or a Tvara-registered OAuth application available. When a customer enables one, information is sent to that provider at the customer’s direction and under the customer’s agreement with the provider.
Tvara may update this list as providers or Services change. The current list will be posted at
